I currently hold the position of Professor at the University of Málaga in Spain, specifically within the Teaching Unit of Methodology of Research and Diagnostic in Education. My academic background includes an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the same university, followed by the attainment of a Doctoral degree in Pedagogy. During my academic journey, I specialized in educational measurement, psychometry, and program evaluation.
Since 1999, I have had the opportunity to expand my academic horizons as a professor and researcher, with affiliations at institutions such as the University of Seville, the University Moderna of Portugal, the University of Guadalajara in Mexico, and USAT in Peru, among others. These experiences have provided me with a diverse range of academic perspectives.
My expertise has been applied to various research areas, including social innovation, environmental education, social inclusion, aging, rural populations, new technologies, and most recently, agnotology and research competences.
